Actively hiring MIG Welders on 1st shift Monday-Thursday in KCMO!
Description:
MIG welding on steel. Will be welding parts on railcars and help with new builds & repairs. Primary job duties will be MIG welding but willingness to help in other departments/areas is a must. Multi-pass weld test, 3 inch metal.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Any certifications or schooling in welding is a bonus. Knowledge and previous use of hand & power tools. Multi-pass weld test, 3 inch metal. Weld test info : 2, 1 inch thick pieces. 1 side is a downhill triple pass.
Weld info : Thicker materials, 3 inch to 4 inch metal, metal core, MIG welding, long downhill, triple pass, runs very hot
Starting Pay - $20-$22 an hour
