What are the responsibilities and job description for the MIG Welder position at Aerotek?
Manufacturing and service company in Denver, PA is looking for TIG Welders and Fabricators to join their team for a long term, contract-to-hire opportunity. Great company culture in a clean and climate controlled work environment. Plenty of opportunity for growth too!
MIG Welder
1st shift: 5am - 2:30pm (often will stay as late as 4:30/5:30p for OT)
Pay Range: $18-22/hr
Job Description:
- TIG welding on thin gauge galvanized steel and aluminum metals. Will also use MIG welding at times
- Reading prints and performing layout, tacking and welding seams.
- Candidate does not need to be well versed in TIG welding, however should be familiar and open to learning the process
- May also help Fabricators using shears, press brakes, grinders, rollers, saws, other sheet metal fab equipment
- Must be comfortable using tape measuring and other basic measuring devices
