TEAM LEAD

$20-23/HOUR | MADISON, AL

• Now hiring for a team lead with an automotive company that makes plastic parts for automotive industry leaders. You will be working in a clean, climate controlled environment, but the ability to lead a team productively is important. Health insurance 100% paid for employee and family after 90 days.

Skills and Qualifications

• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Prior manufacturing team lead or leadership experience preferred
• Experience working in a fast-paced automotive environment required

In this position, you will be leading and supervising a team performing basic automotive assembly and machine operation tasks.

Work Environment / Shift:

• Clean, climate controlled manufacturing environment
• New plant, fast-paced work
• Steel toe shoes required
• Shift: Monday through Friday 7:00 PM - 3:45 AM (preferably able to train on days for about a month)
