Aesthetic Oral Arts is hiring for an Office Manager. AOA is a boutique dental laboratory located in Livingston that has been open since 1990. We are known for our high-end aesthetic cases. We fabricate crowns, veneers, bridges, implant crowns, night guards, and much more for dentists all over the United States.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Clocking in and out on mobile app
Checking voicemail
Quickbooks, Payroll, Quarterly Taxes
HR Duties
Checking email and correspondence
Invoicing cases, packaging, and shipping
Print shipping schedule and let ceramists know what needs to be shipped out that day
Package up and deliver all local cases to Livingston, Bozeman & Belgrade.
Check in all cases that come via UPS and local

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 41 per week

Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)
