Operations Manager/Generalist
AET Federal Inc. (AET), is looking for a dynamic, dependable, and focused individual who can wear many hats simultaneously. The ideal candidate must be able to manage various business areas including Administration, Human Resources, and Recruiting.
Duties:
Human Resources Management
Responsible for the areas of staffing, benefits, performance management, and employee relations and retention
Payroll Support -
Support involves completion and accuracy of employee timesheets, and reporting for invoicing
Recruitment Management -
Responsible for the areas of Sourcing, Requisition Posting/Advertising, Applicant interviews and vetting, Candidate Selection, and ATSs
Office Management
Responsible for ordering supplies, managing office expenses and statements, tracking employee training, greeting visitors, and managing company-issued materials

Qualifications:
Experience in Human Resources, Recruiting and Administration management.
Experience in Payroll support
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Proficient in calendar management and scheduling
Must be energetic and must have a positive attitude.
Strong process-oriented background and organizational skills.
Excellent writing, interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be driven to succeed.
History of positive relationships with past employers, customers, and vendors is preferred.
