Your day-to-day work will include:
This candidate will be responsible for the financial tracking and reporting of multiple contracts and task orders, including:
- Monitor and track revenue and expenditures, calculate profit, and establish burn rates.
- Prepare estimates to complete (EACs) and advise the contracts department on when to submit Limitation of Funds (LOF) notices.
- Prepare standard monthly cost status reports and contract deliverables.
- Ensure all travel is planned, coordinated, executed, and reported in accordance with the FAR.
- Validate invoices from subcontractors, prepare and review customer invoices, review and track travel requests, and audit expense reports.
- Resolve issues and maintain current work authorizations.
- Interface with Task/Program Manager to track and provide task order status.
- Work in an integrated manner with the government customer and the company departments, including finance, accounting, and contracts.
- Prepare and answer questions pertaining to the quarterly PMR financial reports.
- Project interface with Finance, Accounting, and Contracts Team
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 5 years of related experience
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint or Unanet Preferred.
• Knowledge of the overall Government contracting cycle and funding process is a plus.
• Experience working with multiple contract types: FFP, T&M, and CPFF.
• Experience working with subcontractors as a prime.
• Must be a team player, able to multi-task, and maintain a high level of work accuracy.
• Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent math aptitude, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Must demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be detail-oriented and be able to set priorities.
• Manage work assignments consistent with due dates and deadlines.

Work hours:
