General administrative duties that include:
Invoicing / Installer Payment Posting.
Create and enter complex orders.
Customer Service
Phone reception.
Data entry for various projects.
Enter inventory items.
Assist salespeople, project managers, and management with various needs. Be an integral part of the central hub of our organization!
Accounts receivable.
Electronic document filing.
Create purchase orders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum 5 years Administrative Assistant experience needed.
Ability to problem solve.
Database input skills.
Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills.
Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
Exhibits ability to read and interpret reports, invoices, and packing slips.
Demonstrates strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
