Affectionately Cats in Vermont, is a well-established, full-service, feline only veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care with the help of our incredible support staff. Our facility was specifically designed for cats so that we can offer them the finest care in a warm, gentle, and welcoming cat-friendly environment. If it’s not obvious by now, cats are our passion!
Due to our expanding clientele, we are looking for an experienced DVM to build upon the solid foundation we have in order to grow with us into the future. The right candidate will have licensure in the state of Vermont as well as DEA credentials. Veterinary & internal medicine experience are a must as well as, leadership with an emphasis on team culture. The right candidate will possess excellent case management, strong oral surgery skills, experience reading/interpreting radiographs and have excellent interpersonal and compassionate client communication skills.
You will be paired with our Medical Director who started the practice and works as one of our 4 doctors to benefit directly from their skills and leadership. There are no evenings or long weekend shifts, but your schedule will include some Saturdays. Compensation and benefits are market competitive and will be discussed more upon screening.
