We are looking for an escrow assistant that will provide support to very busy escrow desk. Responsibilities include preparing escrow instructions, estimates, packaging docs, settling closings, improving services provided, and maintaining files and records. You should be an excellent communicator with exceptional customer relations skills. Additionally, an escrow assistant should manage client accounts with care and discretion and have good organizational skills.
Escrow Assistant Responsibilities:
- Managing files and good follow up
- Compiling and processing escrow opening and closing packages
- Managing customer queries and resolve client requests
- Prepare estimates, amendments, request lender required docs
- Fund, settle and manage complete disbursement of sale transactions
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
