Job description
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the creation and implementation of meaningful marketing initiatives that will promote the Affluent Exteriors brand across social media platforms and email marketing campaigns to engage and capture new customers. The Marketing Manager should have a solid understanding of how each channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging and targeted using the tools we have listed below.
Job Requirements
- Develop inbound marketing strategy that supports lead nurturing and lead generation efforts by understanding buyer personas to develop targeted messaging for various social media channels
- Formulate and execute content management and social media strategies; generate, edit, proofread, publish and share engaging content on a daily basis across our social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google Business Profiles, ) to ensure a strong digital presence, enhance the company brand, build meaningful connections and encourage customer action
- Collaborate with company management, sales, and other departments to develop ideas and plans that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth
- Define key performance indicators and implement measurement, analytics and reporting methods to gauge success
- Use Email Marketing tools and strategies to connect with former clients to make them aware of our growth and the exterior contractor services that we provide.
Position Qualifications

- MUST HAVE prior experience in a similar role working for a Roofing or Exteriors Contractor to be considered
- 3 years of experience managing social media marketing efforts, campaign management, and optimization practices across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, other digital media channels
- 3 years experience generating social media content for various platforms and targeted to customer personas
- Strategic, proactive, and creative thinking – always focusing on innovative and measurable solutions to meet business objectives
- Excellent writing, proofreading, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Strong project management, organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
- Interest in new technologies and the desire to expand the skillset
- Strong skills in the use of Social Media tools (Loomly), Email Marketing (MailChimp), GatherUp (Reputation Management), and SEO (Hike)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
