As an independent agent with Aflac you will be collaborting with team memebers to outsource business and build a strong rapport amoung new clients, while growing skills to advance upword into a District Manager position. You will be provided with classroom and virtual education along with field training.
We offer a strong compensation package, you can earn about 40k to 70k in your first year as an agent. Pay structure increases annually.
