This role is centered on growing existing relationships as well as cultivating new business opportunities. If you do not have your license we will help you with that as well.
We’re searching for a creative strategist who thrives on constant improvement and possesses strong leadership skills. Furthermore, this individual must also be an experienced leader in communications strategy to deliver clear, insightful benefits communications to our diverse clientele.

Role responsibilities: Conduct virtual and on-site meetings with new and existing employers to position the value of Aflac. Educate employees on available benefits packages and support their enrollment. Provide ongoing enrollment and claims support to existing clients. Consult on topics regarding new benefits options, latest benefits trends, ACA updates, etc. Generate new business opportunities. Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and monitor internal deadlines to ensure they are met.
Qualifications: Health and/or life insurance license. If you do not have one we help you to get one. . Proven industry experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated and results-driven. Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States without need of a current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
