$3,000 Bonus While Training in First 3 Months (Full-time only)
Representatives in this position must have a Virginia Health Insurance license, you don’t need to be licensed to apply. (We have a fast-track process in place.)
Our interview process consists of two interviews. Please dress professionally for both.
The first interview is a virtual meeting with the Regional Sales Director for Southeastern Virginia. This will be an informative interview session covering: 1) Aflac the Company, 2) The Position, 3) Compensation, 4) Hours and Schedule, 5) Our Values, and 6) Who We’re Looking For.
The 2nd interview will be a traditional in-person interview. We’ll get to know you better and you’ll be able to ask us any questions you have.
Aflac Sales Representative Job Description:
We are seeking a candidate to fill our Sales Representative position. This is a Business-to- Business position that offers a strong performance-based compensation opportunity, flexible schedules with no nights, weekends, or holidays. You will have the opportunity to earn $3,000 in bonus money while training during your first 3 months of appointment and $13,700 in bonus money over the first year.
Aflac is looking for an enthusiastic, career-minded, self-motivated individual who can work in a professional sales environment. Management opportunities are available. Prior sales experience is welcome, but not necessary.
