What are the responsibilities and job description for the Online Ecommerce's and Sales position at AFM Trading LLC?

The Ecommerce Associate is responsible for supporting the retail AFM Trading LLC product portfolio from warehouse to product detail page. They will be a key team member in the creation, maintenance, quality, and improvement of product listings across all ecommerce platforms. The Ecommerce Associate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support our go-to-market strategy.

The Ecommerce Associate must be organized, passionate, and eager to learn and make an impact on the business. They must be able to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment across sales, marketing, operations, and regulatory to ensure the success of AFM Trading LLC .

Critical Role Responsibilities include:

o Execute product set up and updates to product detail pages across all ecommerce platforms.

o Plan and organize digital shelf content, including audits and timely refreshes across pure play and omnichannel sites.

o Develop, evaluate, and execute digital assets to increase conversion rates across product detail pages.

o Be agile with brand teams and external partners to test-and-learn, optimize and scale content.

o Monitor online retailers and marketplaces to ensure accuracy of content, images, pricing, and inventory.

o Assist Ecommerce Manager in day-to-day operations including inventory management, monitoring the digital shelf, and executing the go to market strategy for new products.

o Monitor online retailers and marketplaces to identify market trends and competitor activity.

o Participate in weekly and monthly meetings across internal marketing team and agency partners.

o Assist in developing and maintaining weekly reports tracking relevant KPIs and assist with budgeting and tracking advertising spend.

o Keep ahead of and communicate industry specific social media trends.

o Stay informed and communicate changes with Amazon and Walmart.com policies and guidelines to guarantee compliance and access to new programs.

Capabilities:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and increase brand visibility
- Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling content
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate promotional campaigns and product launches
- Monitor website performance, analyze data, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement
- Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic
- Utilize social media platforms to engage with customers, build brand loyalty, and drive traffic to the website
- Create and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media channels
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing content for online marketing efforts

```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or related roles
- Proficient in e-commerce tools and platforms (e.g., Shopify, ECommerce)
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and design purposes
- Familiarity with social media management tools for scheduling posts and analyzing performance
- Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript, and other web development languages is a plus
- Experience with social media marketing strategies and campaigns
- Knowledge of Google Ads and conversion optimization techniques
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,511.00 - $95,560.00 per year
