The Position: We’re looking for a talented, friendly and dynamic Residential Account Executive. A hunter that is comfortable with cold and soft B2B sales virtually and face to face. The pay range we’re offering is between $50,000 - $60,000 plus commission. Salary is based on experience. Candidate must pass a drug/alcohol test and criminal background check.
Basic Function: Are you passionate about building relationships? Love meeting new people? Do you like selling that helps others? Are you proactive and love being on the go? Then you’ve come to the right place. To be considered for this position, you must have several years of relevant sales experience. We are particularly interested in high-level sales people with previous sales experience in the residential sector. This position supports the company’s sales goals through effective sales techniques and exceptional customer service. Day and evening networking will be required with attendance to at least a minimum of one event per month.
Responsibilities:
- Establish, grow and maintain effective relationships with assigned accounts and Key decision makers
- Answer incoming sales calls, written inquiries, and inbound requests
- Develop and maintain relationships within the multi family industry apartment communities, residential property management companies, relocation providers, realtors, global/local corporations, etc.
- Achieves market growth with face to face and tele-prospecting with new and existing customers.
- Utilize all available tools to gain leads; i.e. Salesforce, local neighborhood, local journals, referrals, etc.
- Leverages virtual tools and social media to engage prospects and existing clients virtually
- Present company products and services to both current and prospective clients face to face and virtually
- Prepare and present price quotes to new and existing clients
- Attend networking and industry events to help promote the AFR brand
- Establish and execute strategic sales plans
- Maintains records in salesforce.
- Assist in Collections efforts for all assigned Residential Accounts
- Resolve any customer concerns in an expeditious and tactful manner (negotiation skills are always a bonus)
- Review and report complaints received from customers and recommend corrective action to management
- Collaborates with sales management, customer service, and operations teams to ensure optimized revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Cross-sell other areas of furniture rental (i.e. event, commercial, tradeshow, etc.)
Qualification/Skills
- Must love people
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong computer skills (Salesforce & Microsoft knowledge preferred)
- Customer service experience, and the ability to build relationships virtual and in person
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Effective virtual presentation skills
- Solid time management, self-motivation, and organization skills
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales or marketing
- 2 years of outside sales success preferably in one of the following industries:
- Rent to rent furniture rental
- Multi-Family Experience-onsite property experience or experience with the rental lifecycle
- Corporate Housing
- Real estate (a hospitality, design or rental related industry)
