We are seeking a full-time Entry Level Accounting clerk to add to our accounting department.
Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare, process, and verify all vendor invoices and employee expense reports.
- Invoice clients and process incoming customer payments.
- Reconcile records of bank transactions in ERP system.
- Pull specified project data for weekly reports.
- You must have a right to live and work in the United States.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications including Excel.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures and familiar with finance regulations
- Highly detail oriented and organized in work
- Must be comfortable with a range of mathematical operations.
