Job Summary:

• Provide day-to-day support to the company for all human resource related functions.
• Collaborate with leadership to build trusted relationships, support the goals and culture of the company, and monitor compliance with applicable state and federal employment laws.
• Draft and implement all approved HR policies; support leadership in the activation and understanding of policies; help educate all employees on policy related issues.
• Manage the recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Oversee all benefits administration; coordinate renewal activities and open enrollment; work closely with the brokers and advisors.
• Plan and implement engagement initiatives; support the culture and strategies to improve retention of employees.

Experience and Skills:

About YOU:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 4-6 years’ experience preferred.
• SHRM CP/SCP certification desirable.
• Familiarity with all related local, state, and federal laws and regulations required.
• Ability to create and maintain structure and consistency in policy administration.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, strong problem-solving skills, and a team player.
