This position will be in Wisconsin Rapids, WI at the main processing facility just off Hwy 54 and only 15 minutes from Stevens Point/Plover, WI.
Summary:
Grower Relations manages business relationships with cranberry growers, as well as other fruits and vegetable growers as needed, throughout North America, with a strategic objective of securing quality long-term business relationships while working with the growers to improve product quality through improved yields, etc.

Essential Functions
Responsible for maintaining, nurturing, and increasing business relationships with fruit growers through consistent and regular year-round communication.
Responsible for working with the Procurement Manager to evaluate grower relationships to ensure the organization is well positioned for long-term quality fruit needs.
Responsible for maintaining grower records (i.e., pesticide reports, grower averages, etc.)
Responsible for harvest related functions (i.e., supplies, bin movements, sample collections, inspecting for mechanical damage, etc.)
Coordinates transportation of fruit from cleaning stations to cold-storage facilities.
Works cooperatively with other managers, supervisors, and administrative personnel.
Provide additional operational support as needed.
Participate in industry meetings and events.
Qualifications
Experience with marsh operations is preferred
Good communication and team building skills.
Strong analytical abilities with extreme accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work in fast paced production environment.
Time management skills / self-motivated.
Must be experienced with a personal computer, MS Word, Excel, and MS Outlook.
