Responsibilities
Who We Are Looking For
A licensed practical nurse (LPN) who epitomizes our values, including integrity, authenticity, and steadfastness. If you’re ready to make a difference in the lives of others and in the community, this is the place for you.
As an LPN at Agape Care, you’ll work under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse. Playing a valuable role in the care team, you’ll work closely with the interdisciplinary team to conduct patient visits, provide routine care, and ensure correct documentation, all while communicating with everyone involved (patient, patient’s family, care team, supervisor). And just like all of our team members, we ask our LPNs to uphold Agape Care’s core values and standards.
