Receptionist
Headsight (Bremen, IN), a subsidiary of AGCO(Duluth, GA), is a leading provider of control systems for agricultural harvesters. We provide solutions that improve harvest effectiveness and efficiency by automating machine functions. We are seeking great candidates to join our Office Support team.
Primary Responsibilities:
The receptionist role is responsible for providing professional support for employees and visitors at the corporate offices of Headsight in Bremen, IN.
Daily sorting of incoming /outgoing mail and deliveries- Managing office and kitchen supplies
- Conference Room management, including coordination of catering and conference room use
- Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning
- Collect credit card documentation from employees and match to credit card statement
- Fulfill, invoice, and mail daily customer invoices
- Record and scan mailed checks
- Record lockbox deposits
- Assist with all aspects of administrative management
Other Responsibilities:
- Assembling company manuals and documentation
Required Skills/Experience:
- Associates degree, or equivalent experience, in Office Management or Business
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Highly motivated
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Desired Skills/Experience:
- MS Office skills are highly desirable
- Proven work experience in an office setting
