We are seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Sales Support Associate. This individual will be responsible for the first line of contact from farmers and dealers with Headsight, making sure the value proposition of the whole company is explained and delivered to farmers across the globe. We are looking for a hands-on and team spirited person who is comfortable at communicating for most of the day and learning about complex machines. The position will be based in Bremen, IN. Travel responsibilities will be approximately 20% of the time.
Sales activities
- Present Headsight products and value proposition in farm shows, events, and dealers
- Provide information about our products, prices, and value proposition through phone calls and emails
- Take orders from dealers and farmers
- Train and coach dealers and farmers about how to use our products
- Relay customer feedback and ideas to the appropriate teams
Required skills and experiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to customers
- Excellent time management skills
- Highly motivated and willing to learn
- High school diploma or GED required
Interesting additional skills and experiences
- Experience in farms, agriculture companies or precision agriculture sales positions
- Prior experience in customer service or sales role
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Fluency in foreign languages or experience outside of the USA
