What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Creative Director position at AgentSync?
Remote in CO, CT, CA, NY, MA, DC, KS, VT, NJ, WA, OR or IL
Reporting to the Director of Brand and Communications, the Marketing Creative Director will be responsible for the management, evolution, and refinement of AgentSync’s visual identity in addition to creating a range of engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.
The ideal candidate will be an accomplished designer, highly collaborative, and an excellent project manager with significant experience in both digital and print media. Creativity, exceptional attention to detail, an attitude of continuous learning, and openness to constructive feedback are key.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute heavily to establishing the creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
- Ensure all designed assets adhere to brand guidelines and standards
- Conceptualize, design, and implement creative graphics and content, both print and digital, on time and within budget
- Develop and design layouts, inclusive of copy and images for sales collateral (PDF and PPT), digital ads, and promotional materials (banners, printed collateral, signage, conference booths), etc.
- Design a range of content assets
- Create layouts, edit videos and graphics for company website and social media including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Work closely and/or manage external agencies and contractors
- Implement UI elements in WordPress for updates to website
- Assist marketing team with edits to digital assets (email, landing pages, content assets) inside marketing automation, and other marketing tools
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Maintain company creative direction, and brand consistency
- Manage utilization and archive of all project artwork
Qualifications and Skills:
- 8 years experience in graphic design for a company or agency
- Experience working with SaaS companies preferred but not required
- Deep experience with a range of design applications including Adobe Creative Cloud
- Microsoft Powerpoint and Word experience
- Video editing experience
- Experience with WordPress
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
- Understanding of printing process and specifications
- Familiarity with production and rendering methods, including drawing, typography, offset printing, photography, and interactive media
- Creative thinking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent eye for detail

Salary:
In accordance with Colorado law, the following represents AgentSync’s reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role, if hired in Colorado.
Denver/Boulder Metro
$ 125,000-155,000
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in AgentSync’s equity program.
