What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mid-Market Sales Leader position at AgentSync?
Role:
The Sales team at AgentSync has scaled rapidly due to steadily increasing customer demand and product market fit. On the heels of our Series B funding and growing revenue 6x in 2020, and 4x in 2021, we are continuing to pace at world-class growth rates in 2022 and beyond. We are looking for an experienced B2B Mid-Market SaaS sales leader to take our Mid-Market sales team to the next level.
What you’ll do:
- Own and hit the ARR quota roll-up of your team
- Coach a team of high performing AEs to reach their full potential
- Advance and improve existing sales and forecasting processes
- Recruiting and hiring world class sales talent
- Culture champion: culture of consistent high performance through instrumentation and coaching of sales process
- Create strategies to generate pipeline in HUGE greenfields across the entire insurance company landscape
- Provide support on sales cycles using the MEDDIC sales methodology
- Continue to iterate on the foundation of our high velocity sales motion
- Partner closely with product and marketing to drive strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams on improving processes and enhancing the customer journey
Your experience:
- 2 years of leadership and people management experience in B2B SaaS
- 3 years of quota carrying sales experience in B2B SAAS
- Demonstrated top performer
- Excellent data-driven, process-driven, methodical, and consultative sales process mechanics
- Experience coaching to sales methodology (MEDDIC)
- Experience with the salesforce platform
- Natural problem-solver: comfortable with complexity and ambiguity; able to both delve into the details and operational tactics, and engage meaningfully on the big picture and overall strategy
- Proactive and passionate: independently solving conceptual problems, and delivering results in challenging situations
- High-energy, team-first attitude: motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business
- Nice to have: Experience selling to insurance companies and/or the Salesforce ISV partner ecosystem

Salary:
Denver/Boulder Metro
$250,000-$300,000 OTE
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in AgentSync’s equity programs.
