As a QA Manager on the team, you will be responsible for the success of all members of the team.  By being a top-notch coach, you will support the development of high quality products and the progress of the QA team toward their career goals.  You will champion the QA process and advocate for the QA team, partnering closely with engineering, product and business stakeholders to deliver stellar products.  You’ll be a thought leader and innovator, partnering with your team members to share best practices and establish a strong, healthy culture around QA.  By being a mentor to those around you, you will define and advocate for quality on a daily basis.

What you’ll do: 

• Manage a team of QA Engineers building a best-in-class product
• Become an expert on our complex product's core features so that you can learn the most efficient ways to test
• Mentor team members, elevate their technical, communication, and leadership skills, and provide coaching on QA best practices
• Work with your team to evaluate new technologies and approaches, facilitate fast decision making and iteration, and clearly articulate the benefits and drawbacks of various options
• Build a trusting and psychologically safe environment where problems can be raised without fear, and with an emphasis on continuous improvement and problem solving
• Develop a deep understanding of the customer experience to lead the team in building products that delight customers
• Build and execute feature test plans for our Salesforce managed package product
• Collaborate closely and effectively cross-team to ensure features meet stakeholder expectations; proactively remove blockers for the team
• Assist the team, peers, and stakeholders with implementing Agile and Scrum best practices
• Provide input on post-release requirements as well as customer training materials for new features
• Serve as a conduit for communication between your team and the rest of the organization on: project progress, blockers, timelines, etc.

Your experience: 

• Experience managing a team of QA engineers
• Experience as a QA engineer testing software products and creating automated testing frameworks
• Skilled in performance management, having difficult conversations, and coaching others in improving their skills
• Structured and well-organized work cadence with comfort tackling complexity and ambiguity
• Proactive and passionate about solving problems and delivering results in challenging situations
• You enjoy working on a collaborative, learning-oriented team
• A strong track record of problem solving and a “roll up your sleeves” mentality
• Salesforce experience a plus

Salary:

In accordance with Colorado law, the following represents AgentSync’s reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role, if hired in Colorado.

Denver/Boulder Metro

$165,000-$215,000 base plus bonus

Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in AgentSync’s equity programs.
