Job Overview

As Sea6 Energy is looking to expand its presence in the United States through various distribution partners, they are looking for a National US Sales Manager to work with their distribution partner teams to expand the presence of Sea6 products and grow the revenue in the respective territory. In this role, you will build business by designing and implementing key strategies for each customer. You will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for clients are met, and ensure the client is setup for success.
Responsibilities and Duties

Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and Sea6 Energy

Develop strategic sales plans to expand relationships and onboard new clients

Negotiate contracts with clients and establish performance timelines

Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure the highest quality of promo materials are being produced

Develop and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and the possible use in future case studies and/or company trainings

Ensure the needs of all clients and proposed timelines are met

Work to achieve all business plan targets and objectives

Organize and supervise field trials, grower and retailer meetings, and other opportunities to build brand awareness
Skills Required
-
15 years of experience in managing teams that are selling agricultural products, preferably in the bio stimulants sector

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture; Management degree preferred

Extensive knowledge of common agronomic crops in the USA and of common grower practices
-
Experience working with large growers, grower organizations, and channel partners

Strong leadership and interpersonal relationship skills

Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly demonstrate products and technology to a wide range of stakeholders in the value chain

Self-motivation with a willingness to work both individually and with a team

Eagerness to build company presence with new sales, clients, and territories

Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate these results into better solutions

Willingness to travel up to 40%
