Scrum Master

Our industry-leading client is looking for a Scrum Master to join their team! This role will facilitate Scrum activities while focusing on project initiatives with engineering teams.

Location: This role will be on-site 4 days per week in Englewood, CO.

Here is what you will be doing:

• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and review meetings. Manage project lifecycles, and collaborate with engineers to deliver high-quality solutions in the hardware and server space.
• Manage the team's backlog and prioritize tasks.
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and Scrum framework, while defining project scope, creating work breakdown structures, and developing project plans.
• Track progress, manage risks, and mitigate issues.
• Monitor budgets and resource allocation.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate with engineers on technical discussions and decisions.
• Elicit and document requirements from stakeholders.

Here is what our ideal candidate has:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Strong project management and Scrum Master experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification
• Background in working on projects involving hardware, Linux, Storage, Servers, Cloud strategy, Datacenters etc. is preferred
