Job description
We are a veteran and woman-owned Small Business. We need an excellent and experienced Infusion Nurse who can start a PIV and administer specialty medications in the home, such as IVIG. Current Home Infusion experience preferred but not required. Will Train.
Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care in a home setting - Administer medications and therapies as prescribed by physicians - Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their response to treatments - Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans - Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques
You will be an Independent Contractor, compensated accordingly, and become part of a network of Infusion Teams in the country. Looking for strong and self-motivated candidates.
As an independent contractor, you will be required to provide proof of professional liability insurance, driver’s license, and sign an independent contractor agreement.
Job Types: Contract, PRN
Salary: $50.00 - $54.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chicago, IL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Access to reliable transportation that will enable travel to customer and/or patient sites.
Experience Required:
- Nursing: 5 years (Preferred)
- Willing and able to work with an interdisciplinary team of professionals including pharmacists and technicians, physicians and other licensed prescribers, registered dietitians, home health agencies (HHAs), sales representatives, and others as needed to provide comprehensive care and support of patients and caregivers.
License/Certification:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois (Required)
