Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Collections Specialist to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with collections experience to manage approximately 250 contracts per month through phone calls, emails, and skip tracing efforts. The position offers flexibility, allowing candidates to work remotely while being available to come on-site as needed.
- Manage the collections activity on approximately 250 contracts per month.
- Perform collections through phone calls, emails, and skip tracing efforts.
- Maintain and manage delinquency levels within an assigned portfolio using outbound calls, letters, and third-party providers.
- Think through and resolve complex collections issues.

The Ideal Candidate
- 1 years of prior consumer or commercial collections experience.
- Experience managing delinquency levels within an assigned portfolio using outbound calls, letters, and use of third-party providers.
- Experience working a high volume of accounts throughout the month.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Oracle.
- Experience periodically accessing and analyzing credit information from various sources.
- Ability to learn systems quickly and apply newly learned knowledge.
Salary : $20 - $25
