Bill Pay/ Financial Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a bill pay specialist and financial assistant.
Candidates should have excellent organizational and administrative skills, good communication skills, strong telephone etiquette, and great computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Book Keeping
- Bill Pay- the majority of this position requires bill pay experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Completion of an administrative course may be advantageous.
- A minimum of 2 years experience with Bill Pay, Accounting, and/or Quicken.
- Competency with computers, physical and digital filing systems, and typing.
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and math skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel, MS Word, and Quicken.
- Pass a Level II Background check and be in good credit standing.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
