Overview
Vyncs is a global connected car brand (www.vyncs.com) owned and operated by Agnik, an IoT data analytics company headquartered in USA. Vyncs is currently operating over 177 countries. The Vyncs team is looking for part-time members (25-30 hours per week) of its Customer Support Team at its Berkeley office (Downtown Berkeley). Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support to the Vyncs-customers. This position would require understanding the Vyncs product, helping the customer by answering questions, and resolve issues in collaboration with the technical development team. We plan to hire several members with both full-time and part-time responsibilities.
Customer Support duties include:
- Taking inbound calls from our existing or potential customers.
- Answer questions about the Vyncs product and services.
- Support the customers and submit tickets.
- Maintaining logs of calls in our online support portal.
- Managing replacement of the items received by the customers.
- Diagnose reported problems. Perform technical analysis to identify root cause of issues.
- Provide response to the tickets submitted by the users.
- Help users over online chat interface.
- Document support process and optimize customer experience.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales customer support.
- Work with technical development team in order to fix the issues.
Qualifications
The Customer Support position requires:
- Bachelor’s degree or working towards a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Ability to understand issues with high-tech products
- Ability to communicate in fluent English. Effective communications skills and strong interpersonal skills, both orally and in written form.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers and potential customers.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and email systems.
