Talent Acquisition Partner
Function
- Develop and implement recruitment initiatives to attract top talent.
- Supervise the entire recruitment process, from job posting to hiring.
- Setting up onboarding programmes to quickly integrate new employees.
- Identify training needs and organise training sessions.
- Working with department heads to identify staffing needs.
- Conduct performance interviews and support career development.
- Analysing HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Profile
- Bachelor's or master's degree within an HR field or related study.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proactive, results-oriented and strong organisational skills.
- Knowledge of HR systems and recruitment tools.
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
