FC Receiving Locator (Full Time)
This position move inventory from staging area to designated warehouse location for either primary or overstock holding
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use forklift or Raymond to pick up pallets in staging area, scan codes, and move item to designated holding area in either primary or overstock position.
- If initial item location is full, move item to available location, scan codes and update item location in log
- Periodically but always by the end of the day you must update electronic inventory system with written log housed on the forklift
- Move items from overstock to primary position when needed
- All logs are kept through RF scanners and electronically. Some paperwork is required to keep accurate logs of inventory location.
- Any and all other duties assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High school Diploma or GED.
- 3-6 months of previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Previous experience with driving a forklift or forklift certified a plus. Or we will train you to use Forklift, Order Picker, Raymond & Crown pallet loaders.
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team setting
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Shift hours:9:00 - 6:00, Monday - Friday
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
