Position: Farm Application Operator
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain sprayers and spreaders, ensuring accurate calibration and application of products.
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides according to crop requirements, weather conditions, and safety standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on sprayer equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
- Regularly inspect crops and soil to determine nutrient needs and effectiveness of applications.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on best practices, new technologies, and regulatory changes.
Are You Qualified?
- Able to work overtime and occasional weekends.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be willing and able to maintain a Class A CDL and appropriate endorsements (with our assistance).
- Must be willing to submit to a DOT drug test and background.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
