Position: Farm Service Operator
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain application equipment, such as sprayers, spreaders, and other machinery.
- Accurately apply fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and other crop protection products according to agronomic recommendations and label instructions.
- Calibrate application equipment to ensure proper distribution rates and coverage.
- Monitor weather conditions and field conditions to determine appropriate timing for applications.
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces and equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on application equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct pre- and post-application inspections of equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
Are You Qualified?
- Able to work overtime and occasional weekends.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be willing and able to maintain a Class A CDL and appropriate endorsements (with our assistance).
- Must be willing to submit to a DOT drug test and background.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
