• Oversee all grain operations, including filling, reclaiming, and transferring grain, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Lead efforts in operational excellence, driving continuous improvement, safety, and environmental initiatives to maintain a productive and safe workplace environment.
• Take charge of inbound and outbound inventory management, maintaining accurate records and conducting regular inspections to uphold quality standards.
• Spearhead basic elevator projects and provide support to the management team on major strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
• Manage grain inventories, storage, quality control, blending techniques, and truck scheduling with precision and expertise.
• Maintain proficiency in company-specific software and operational systems to streamline processes and optimize efficiency.
• Oversee shipping and receiving operations, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery of goods.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
