Ahern Rentals is looking for an HR Receptionist to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude while receiving calls and providing administrative support to the HR department. This position will present a variety of different tasks to be completed that will allow the individual to experience a multitude of diverse work while providing assistance where needed.

Qualifications for HR Receptionist:
- A high school diploma is generally required
- Positive, great attitude, and ability to work well with others
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
- Some administrative clerical experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience using ADP and OnBase preferred.
- Proficient telephonic communication is required including experience handling multi-line telephones.
- Bilingual a plus
- Good communication skills & problem-solving
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to work independently with solid time-management and organization skills.
Responsibilities for HR Receptionist include but not limited to:
- Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls on the multi-line telephone system
- Take accurate messages and relay them to the appropriate party
- Provide available information to callers such as VOE’s and general HR inquiries
- Greet people entering the building and direct them to the correct destination
- General HR administrative and clerical support
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Tidy and maintain the HR reception area
- Responsible for Invoices, Receipts, Supply Orders
- Other duties or tasks as assigned
