Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supports development of overall training programs/curriculums in alignment with organizational needs and priorities, and obtains buy-in from key stakeholders.
- Supports development of clear plan and approach for creation and maintenance of training-related materials and resources, including selection of appropriate mediums and vehicles for dissemination.
- Partners with Continuous Improvement/Business Process to create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures as processes are developed or changed.
- Supports cross-functional alignment and adherance to all training programs developed.
- Upholds standards for all training-related materials, including training aids, guides, toolkits, handbooks, etc., ensuring complex concepts are translated into easily understandable language for end users.
- Helps maintain and serve as gate-keeper for knowledge management databases to ensure current and accurate training-related materials and resources are readily available to all end users.
- Coordinates and hosts training sessions for both new and existing Supply Chain associates as needed.
Knowledge:
- Seasoned knowledge of adult learning theories/methodologies and best practices
