As a Market Manageryou will:
- 50% Working on existing business
- 30% Prospecting
- 10% Marketing analysis
- 10% Marketing communications
- Willingness to travel upwards of 50%
- Occasional International travel
Key Skills:
- 3-10 years sales experience with commercial and industrial OEMs
- Enjoy developing new business, hunter mentality
- 4-year college degree (Business, Marketing or Engineering) or a related technical degree is essential
- HVAC/R or mechanical background preferred, must show technical aptitude
- Must have great fortitude and demonstrate persistence and a winning attitude
- Highly capable of relationship building with internal and external stake holders
- Very strong computer skills, experienced in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Willingness to learn and take on multiple tasks
- Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus
The ideal candidate will have:
- Selling and servicing key executives within their assigned accounts to drive product revenue and margin results
- Provides customer support on Bekaert's entire heating and combustion product offerings
- Prospect new accounts and new markets
- Support strategic marketing efforts which includes basic research, market studies, import analysis and macroeconomic trends
- Works with their North American & Global leadership to develop annual volume and growth objectives for assigned & target accounts
- Manage OEM account(s) in conjunction with North American team
- Work closely with Product Management and Engineering organization to provide feedback for product and feature enhancements and customer requirements

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: 110k-115k per year
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
