Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Bilingual Client Services Liaison to join our team. As a Bilingual Client Services Liaison, you will play an intergral role in providing exceptional service to our clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are fluent in both English and Spanish and have a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences in a fast-paced, multi-practice firm.

Responsibilities:

• First point of contact with potential clients looking to hire an attorney by Leads submitted via phone or internet.
• Entry and management of all Leads in MyCase, the Firm's practice management software, with accurate data collection.
• Daily follow up with Leads via phone and email to drive conversion and on-boarding rates.
• Draft and transmit retainer agreements and obtain payment information for new clients.
• Prepare new files, including draft and transmission of all necessary documents.
• Answer and analyze calls as needed to provide accurate and timely responses.
• Collaborate with Firm staff to ensure timely delivery of information.
• Daily review of Firm email account, disseminating or resolving as needed.
• Translate for staff and attorneys as needed.

Skills:

• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Communicate effectively with clients and Courts, both verbally and in writing, in both English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Previous experience in customer/client services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
