Who are we?
We are the Affordable Insurance Group with our teams located in our three offices at Ft. Lauderdale, Pompano Beach and out of state in Smyrna, Georgia.
What do we do here?
We are in the Health Insurance industry and assist our clients with their Medicare Advantage and Supplement benefits.
What positions are we looking to hire for?
We are looking to fill the following positions in our HQ office in Ft. Lauderdale, FL:
1. Executive Personal Assistant - The Executive Personal Assistant will be in charge of working closely with our President and Owner and assisting them with tasks throughout the day. We need someone who is very organized, can manage time well and can multi-task.
2. Verification Administrator - The Verification Administrator will be in charge of assisting clients through the process of verification after they complete signing up for their plan with our sales agents. It is very important to be detail oriented for this position as you will have to verify sensitive information over the phone with clients.
3. Customer Service Representative - The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering our multi-line phone system and assisting clients with any questions about their accounts. Inbound calling. Experience working with clients over the phone as a CSR preferred.
4. Welcome Caller - The Welcome Caller will be responsible for calling out to our clients after they have been signed up for their plans, and welcoming them into their plans with us while also completing some upselling on specific products.
5. Receptionist - The receptionist will be in charge of helping with duties throughout the office including managing the front desk, scheduling lunches, making sure the break room is set up etc. Past receptionist experience preferred.
6. QA Analyst - The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for listening to and screening our agents calls in order to give feedback and training. Past experience analyzing calls preferred.

Positions starting at $14-$15/hr PLUS COMMISSIONS throughout the day!!
Our Admin department is making between $16-19/ hr with their hourly pay commissions
All of our employees have a 30-60 day employee review with a raise!
