Job Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Relations Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving customer concerns. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively.

Duties:

- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information about products or services
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in outbound calling and upselling techniques
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on resolving issues promptly
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Previous experience in sales or customer relations is advantageous
