Aim Higher ABA provides in home based ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We offer expert assessment and child-centered compassionate care, all scheduled at the family's convenience.
We have an opening for Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT).
The RBT position will involve providing ABA therapy in home based settings for families with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Responsibilities include:
- Provide direct 1 on 1 therapy in the home and in community centers.
- Run skill acquisition programs with clients using Applied Behavior Analysis
- Data collection and session note submission
- Maintain respect for clients and protect the wellbeing of clients during treatment sessions
- Other tasks as assigned
Treatment Programs are designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Salary- $22-$28/hr

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
