Job Summary
Provides management analysis of business data for use in decision making and organizational efficiency improvement initiatives. The incumbent may be heavily involved with QA review process optimization and report writing.
Responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree is required with 1-3 years of experience.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and advanced functionality.
- Performs work under general supervision.
- Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter.
- May provide leadership coaching and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.
- Excellent communication skills required so as to manage the business.
- Should be able to multitask thereby engaging in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver.
- Solid mathematical aptitude and effective project management skills.
- Should have the observatory skills to identify the problems of the customers.
- Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Comfortable handling various statistical models and demonstrates the ability to formulate portfolio strategies. Prepares technical reports by analyzing and summarizing the information and trends as required.
- Help provide training and support to applications used by the company as applicable.
- Effectively writes reports to solve business needs for one hotel and/or for the company as a whole.
- Designs and documents work flow manages and provides solutions to new business unit ideas trends and concepts appropriately through the latest technological paths.
- Provides analysis of quantitative and qualitative data from internal and external data sources in support of business decisions.
- Conducts evaluation of existing business processes for the purposes of identifying and executing on improvement initiatives.
- Assesses current practices collects information and analyzes industry trends to determine organizational objectives.
- Designs new projects/programs by analyzing clients' requirements.
- Make recommendations and improves system by studying the products.
