REMOTE
6 Months contract
PayRate: $50/Hr on C2C
Must Have:
· In-depth understanding and background in ServiceNow ITOM (CMDB and ServiceNow Discovery), ITSM
· Strong working knowledge of the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
· Experience developing and maintaining CMDB technical standards
· Experiencing defining, documenting, and implementing CMDB Governance process and procedures
· Strong knowledge of troubleshooting Discovery errors and warnings
· Experience modifying and/or creating Discovery patterns
· Excellent collaboration & communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to audiences of various technical skills
