We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Assistant to join our growing private charter company. This individual will play a key role in supporting our sales team, managing client inquiries, and ensuring a smooth sales process from start to finish. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing and maintaining accurate and comprehensive client files, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Support the sales team in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing private jet charter contracts.
  • Help manage schedules, track deadlines, and coordinate appointments for the sales team.
  • Provide administrative support, including email correspondence, document preparation, and managing travel arrangements for clients and staff.
  • Maintain communication with clients and vendors, ensuring timely follow-up and contract satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of flights and services.


Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a Sales Assistant, Executive Assistant, or administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks.
  • Familiarity with contract management or administrative processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
