Position Summary:
The responsibilities for this position holder will be to support employment marketing initiatives and recruitment for a dedicated portfolio of job functions for both internal and external positions, supporting business needs at the Mobile, Alabama Final Assembly Line. This role is critical to the success of recruiting execution.
Responsibilities:
- Support Recruitment Marketing in set up and organization and management of recruiting events
- Track attendees
- Gather Candidate Data
- Gather Interviewer Feedback
- Feed data into ATS
- Schedule and Coordinate phone and on site interviews with HRBP's, hiring managers and other interviewers utilizing teleconference, ZOOM/VTC video, or onsite offices or conference rooms
- Manage and coordinate candidate travel and expenses through reimbursement
- Prepare candidates for the interview process including detailed communications for all scheduled interviews
- Prepare interviewers for the interview process including evaluation criteria and post interview expectations
- Maintain all data surrounding candidate interview scheduling and coordination in the ATS system
- Prepare and provide updates on weekly customer recruitment review calls
- Provide data inputs into metrics reporting tools
- Support Recruiters job postings and social media outreach and marketing efforts
- Post positions on social media sites, job boards, university career sites
- Set up Video interviews for recruiter to use for candidate pre-screens
- Track all position advertising and outreach in the ATS tool especially cost information
- Maintain sources in the ATS to ensure visibility of outreach effectiveness
- Ensure job postings are aligned with employment marketing messaging and in coordination with the marketing team
- Support Recruiters sourcing efforts
- Understand exact skills and qualifications needed to best source candidates to positions
- Search on line resume databases (internal and external) and social media to locate potential passive candidates
- Conduct initial telephone screens with potential candidates when requested by Recruiter
- Provide feedback to Recruiting Specialists on candidate suitability for positions
- Proactively initiate referrals from employees, university alumni, personal networks and people databases
Requirements:
- Educated to a degree level Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or similar field desired and preferred
- 1 years professional sourcing or recruiting experience at various professional levels
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and engage & align with agency partners, client groups and candidates
- Proven ability to deliver and achieve results in a fast paced, dynamic and changing environment
- Proven organization skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work in an environment with competing demands
- Knowledge of EEO, AA, OFCCP compliance and US employment laws
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, Applicant Tracking and HRIS systems
