Aircraft Fasteners International an FDH Company is a certified distributor of Aerospace Fasteners and related hardware. They are a master stocking distributor specializing in aircraft nut plates, self-locking nuts, threaded inserts, and related high-performance hardware for the aerospace, electronics, and defense industries. Their office is located in Monterey Park, California.
We are looking for a Sales Assistant who is responsible for all aspects of the sales support with a focus on data entry including but not limited to; customer sales, quoting, customer and some vendor relation management. This position includes coordination between other departments within the company as well as vendors and customers to meet the company’s goals and objectives. This position will be based in Monterey Park, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales proposals on the computer each day.
- File and retrieve sales records and correspondence as required.
- Schedule appointments and office meetings as assigned.
- Greet and professionally screen visitors and telephone callers.
- Process bulk mailings as needed.
- Maintain a professional office environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Enter customer shipping orders.
- Manage customer ship dates.
- Enters customer and vendor quotes
- Customer service for the LTA management
- Will be able to handle international products
Basic Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of sales experience in the aerospace industry is helpful
- Excel proficiency
- Oral and Written Communication Skills
