Pay range: $55-75k per year!!!
Specific Responsibilities:
- Schedules and provides technical support for technicians to meet service demands and customer expectations
- Provides clerical support when needed to assist clerical staff with assigned administrative duties
- Communicates with dispatch to ensure that all technicians are being scheduled properly via skill level
- Installation, maintenance, repair of refrigeration, heating and air conditioning systems knowledge.
- Insure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment
- Oversees that all staff are following company policies
- Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly/monthly reports as required
Job Requirements:
- Valid State Driver's License & clean driving record
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and personality
- Strong leadership skills
- Experienced Residential HVAC & Refrigeration knowledge
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
