Sales Executive
We are looking for a driven, high impact Sales Executive to help lead AiRISTA’s growth in North America. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating revenue in a multi-state geography through direct customer and partner engagement. S/he will have responsibility for qualifying and closing opportunities with support provided by solution consultants, system engineers, and sales management. The Sales Executive will report to the North American Sales Director and will be accountable for achieving quarterly and annual sales quotas.
To be successful in this position, a candidate must have a high degree of initiative to identify new business, be able to communicate the value of AiRISTA's technology in achieving business outcomes and be able to coordinate team activities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prospect, Qualify, and Close opportunities; Success measured by meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual goals
• Timely follow up on leads and convert high potential into opportunities
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with key accounts
• Present sales and marketing content, including software demonstrations, to customers and partners
• Coordinate sales and regional marketing activities with a partner channel that includes Infrastructure, Ecosystem, Integration, and Resale partners.
• Manage resources to complete proposals and able to directly complete quotes
• In coordination with the VP of Marketing and Sales, support marketing activities such as trade shows and 1:1 exchanges.
• Establish productive, professional relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
• Conduct monthly touch-base calls with assigned customers/prospects to ensure customer satisfaction and identify possible organic growth.
• Coordinate the involvement of other company personnel when needed, including support resources, team members, and management.
• Provide feedback on product and company strategy as the "voice of the customer"
• Maintain up to date documentation and opportunity information in order to drive accurate forecasts
• Negotiate final deal parameters and coordinate special approvals with management

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Four-year college degree with a preference for business and engineering or 8 years of documented success in technical B2B sales
• In depth knowledge of how hospitals or manufacturing plants operate; the sales executive will need to advise on how the AiRISTA solution can drive improvement
• Experience working with MEDDPICC or similar sales process; must be able to adequately qualify opportunities
• Demonstrated ability to create relationships with senior management and C-suite
• Familiar with SFDC or other digital selling tools
• Minimum five years of recent solution sales experience in a business-to-business, large/strategic customer segment, or a record of achievement in the Account Manager position.
• Ability to travel (potentially a short trip every other week)
• Cloud Solution Selling (IoT, Wireless Networks, Location Tracking is a plus!)
• Established list of new target accounts to hit the ground running or provide a plan to be successful
• Understanding of Wireless Technologies / IoT a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Familiar with ZoomInfo and HubSpot
• Familiar with negotiating tactics and BATNA
