Airwallex has ambitious growth targets over the next 3 years and as part of our graduate program, we are seeking smart, collaborative and passionate growth graduates to join our team. Graduates will be challenged to think strategically whilst being hands-on in driving and facilitating our exciting next phase of growth.  As an early member of the Growth team, you’ll have a unique opportunity to both directly drive revenue, engaging prospects (including founders) in exciting industries such as tech and ecommerce, while defining the template for how to scale. As part of this role, you’ll plan, prospect and connect with customers, articulating Airwallex’s value proposition to drive long-term success for both our customers and our business. You will get the opportunity to work with senior members of the Growth team across marketing and sales to provide input on our playbooks, processes, systems and more. This role is a unique and exciting opportunity to be part of an evolving team during hypergrowth, and you can expect to learn a lot.
